Charles E. Frame, Sr. Foundation believe in keeping the youth active during various educational, extracurricular, and community service activities.

Reality Website - To keep the spirit of the foundation we are embarking on a virtual reality Avatar website where the youth in the organization can speak and interact with other youth around the world. Using technology we will be able to have a virtual learning space that will work parallel with the teaching for the foreign language program. The website will be secure and can only be accessed through invitation and special permission. It will be a place where the youth across the world can learn about other cultures and language.

Community Service - The youth in the foundation will work within the Deaf Community. By doing this the youth will be taught sign language where they will be able to speak with interact with the youth in the deaf community.

Growing Pains - Is a new division within the foundation that is being birthed out by one of the parents within the foundation. Growing Pains will be an outlet where the youth can go to express their emotions, concerns, and fustrations without being judged. We are losing to many of our youth to the streets regardless of their background - this department will try to help bring these youth back that are out there and prevent others from going.

Extracurricular Activities - The youth will participate in several projects, programs, and trips throughout the year. For the students hardwork in school and in the program  we are raising money to send them to Disney World for a week in June 2008 to release some energy, relax and enjoy themselves. The youth will also take a trip to New York in July 2008 to participate in Microsoft DigiGirlz Camp, Seminars, Cultural Tours and Church Without Walls at Perfecting Faith Church in Freeport, NY.
