Our Mission
The mission of the Charles E. Frame, Sr. Foundation is to aid in the educational benefits of students to learn several foreign languages and their respective culture through education, and personal experience, as well as setting up mentors, to aid students in their educational and work experiences that will provide opportunities for their future. We want to give each child a sense of pride, purpose, self-worth, goals, and a vision for their future.
Our Goal
The goal of the foundation is to help mold the minds of the future generation so that the can explore their communities and beyond. Each student will be required to learn several different foreign languages before completing school. Each summer the student who excel in their studies will be honored with a trip to aid in their foreign language studies. With the help of the student’s mentor, the student will learn about business (locally, nationally & internationally), communities involvements, disciplines, and respect for themselves as well as for others. There will also be etiquette and sign language classes in which each student will participate; this will help ensure our youth 's future, and give them broader fields to explore. With these skills they will be more marketable in the workforce. With the help and guidance of an adult mentor, each child can discover how to unlock and achieve his or her potential mentally, socially, and spiritually.
The foundation program will:
- assist the students in receiving support and guidance from their respective mentors;
- improve the academic performance of the student;
- improve interpersonal relationships between youth, their peers,
teachers, other adults, and family members; - reduce the dropout rate of our youths; and
- reduce juvenile delinquency and gang involvemnet by our youth.
Our future goal is to expand our program throughout the United States. Where there are no foreign language teachers to assist students; the students will still have a chance to participate by video conference. The students will be able to interact with the teacher and other students in the class simultaneously. Our goal is for all the students that participate in the program to have the same benefits and options to enable them to succeed.
